Sales Director

What we are looking for:
Gavdi Labs is looking for an experienced sales director with a proactive attitude towards prospecting and the tenacity to achieve and maintain a buoyant pipeline of appointments with new prospects. A strong competency within sales, account management and pre-sales support – founded on a strong understanding of technologies, such as cloud, enterprise mobility and business systems like SAP ERP. This is both a direct and indirect sales role where responsibilities include seeking out new opportunities and closing new business.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate marketing and sales promotions across the organization.
- Leverage external and internal contact networks to acquire new business and identify new clients.
- Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Develop the reputation of the company as the partner of choice for the delivery of innovative services & solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and developing positive working relationships.
- Establish and grow an agile sales organization in cooperation with our commercially minded and professionally skilled consultants.
- Work closely with our innovations department to continually define customer needs, develop the value proposition and the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

- Ability to build consensus and generate excitement and enthusiasm around new innovative technologies.
- Expert negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including the ability to recognise and adjust priorities as required.
